Mumbai, India — Technical Consulting Lead

PrathamDhas.

"Some people are placed to follow. I was placed to lead — and every room I've walked into figured that out fast."

I architect systems that process millions of records, lead engineering teams on things that matter, and build AI that ships to production — not just demos. Everywhere I've gone, they've asked me to stay and lead.

Who is Pratham

I didn't get here by being the loudest in the room. I got here by being the clearest. Every team I've been part of, every project I've touched, every organisation I've walked into — they've wanted me at the front. Not because I asked for it. Because the work demanded it.

"Some people are there to create magic. I figured out early that I was one of them."

I'm a Technical Consulting Lead and Systems Architect based in Mumbai. I've built fire suppression AI trained on 150,000+ datasets, data pipelines processing 1.5 crore court records at national scale, and an AI framework that cut go-to-market time by 60% across five global markets.

My edge isn't raw technical depth alone — it's that I see the whole system before anyone else in the room. The architecture. The failure modes. The human dynamics. I make the tradeoffs explicit, document them, and ship things the next engineer will be proud to inherit.

I'm a Computer Science Engineer (AI & ML) from Vishwaniketan iMEET, University of Mumbai. I presented Nirvanagni at Fire India Expo 2025, won 1st at Echelon '25 Hackathon against 50+ teams, and represented India at UNWE Sofia, Bulgaria. Wherever I've been placed — I've led.

How I think

01
Leaders aren't assigned. They emerge.

I've never been handed a leadership role without first earning it through the work. Every team I've joined, I've ended up leading — not by title, but because the people around me figured out who to look to when it mattered. That's not ego. That's what happens when you care more about the outcome than the credit.

02
Systems before syntax.

I design the architecture before writing a line of code. The hardest bugs aren't in the code — they're in the design. I catch them in a whiteboard session, not in a 3am production incident. Every decision is intentional. Every tradeoff is documented. No surprises at scale.

03
Magic isn't mysterious. It's method.

When people say the results look like magic, they mean the method was invisible. I've learned to make complexity look effortless — not by hiding it, but by solving it so completely that it stops being visible to anyone else in the room.

04
Build things meant to echo.

Every system I build, I build as if the engineer who touches it five years from now will judge me on it. Every architectural decision, every line of code, every team interaction — it's an investment in something that outlasts the sprint. I build things meant to last.

05

Life, lately

Last updated — July 2026

I graduated in June 2026 with a B.E. in Computer Science Engineering (AI & ML) from Vishwaniketan iMEET, University of Mumbai. Four years of building things that actually mattered.

Right now I'm at Pravideon Pvt. Ltd. as Associate Project Manager and Business Analyst — actively leading delivery on Expa AI and Nirvanagni. Nirvanagni is live. The patent is filed. The system works.

I'm in an interesting phase — thinking hard about what the next chapter looks like. I want to be in rooms where the stakes are high, the problems are real, and the people around me are building something that will outlast the moment. That's the standard I hold myself to, and what I bring to wherever I work.

Outside of work, I'm thinking about building a company someday. Not yet — but the architecture for it is forming. Everything I'm doing right now is preparation.

Let's talk

If you're building something that matters,
let's talk.

I'm always open to the right conversation — whether that's a role that demands serious engineering, a team that wants a real leader, or a problem nobody else has solved yet.
